Get out of town!! - your dogs will love staying at Urban Paws.

Our custom built oversized townhomes are made solely for the comfort of your dogs. To make sure your dogs feel at home, we provide beds raised off the floor and windows overlooking downtown. For families with siblings, our unique townhome design enables your dogs to all hangout together. Feel free to bring your dog's favorite toys, beds, and blankets.

Boarded dogs are offered two meals a day. Breakfast is served between 6am & 7am, and dinner is served between 5pm & 6pm. We provide the highest quality holistic food. You are welcome to provide your dog's regular food, which we will serve.

For the guests participating in daycare, after breakfast each morning, our professionals invites our guests to join their friends for a full day of fun and frolic in our many large indoor and outdoor parks. Throughout the day, your dogs will be escorted to their townhome when ready for nap time.

For the guests not participating in daycare, we will take your dogs to the parks 4 times a day. Each park visit will be approximately 15 - 30 minutes.

Dog Evaluations

All dogs must be evaluated prior to being accepted for boarding.

Schedule your evaluation appointment early. The evaluation begins with a transition meeting with you and your dog to review your paperwork. All dogs must be current with vaccinations and socially comfortable with people and other dogs. Puppies are accepted prior to alteration, but mature male dogs must be neutered. On evaluation day, please make sure you bring your completed paperwork.

Pet Health Warranty

Pet Health Warranty is required for all guests. If your pet needs veterinarian attention while in Urban Paws's care, we will make all effort to contact and/or visit with your personal vet. If needed, we will call our on-call vet or visit the emergency clinic. This Pet Health Warranty will cover the costs of such visits. If you find that your pet is ill within 24 hours of visiting Urban Paws, we will be happy to reimburse you with your vet bills. Urban Paws takes great pride in providing a healthy and safe environment for your pet.

Rates

Boarding Rates:

Nightly - $30 - $50

Siblings receive a 50% discount, sharing the same townhome

Window Townhome - additional $5 per night

Pet Health Warranty - $5 per visit (Beginning in 2012)

Urban Paws observes the following holidays and charges an additional $10.00 nightly surcharge for the below dates:

Fourth of July - July 4

Labor Day - September 5

Thanksgiving - November 24, 25, 26

Christmas - December 24, 25, 26

New Year's - December 31, January 1, 2

Reservations / Cancellation Policy:

Beginning in 2012

All over-night boarders are required to pay at least one night of boarding prior to checking in. Although we will do our best to accommodate all requests for any service we offer, it is best to call in advance and make a reservation and/or appointment to assure your needs are met. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will be subject to a 1 night boarding charge.
